Applications are invited for a written examination and Interview that is to be held by Dr.RP Government Medical College Tanda for contractual position for project entitled “DHR-ICMR Advanced Molecular Oncology Diagnostic Services (DIAMOnDS” by Department of Health Research (DHR), MoHFW, Government of India under Principal Investigator, Pathology, Dr. RPGMC, Kangra at Tanda, Himachal Pradesh, 176002.

Qualifications :

Scientist-C (Non-Medical	Essential: M.Sc. (Degree) Life science/ MPH/MHA/ M. Pharma (Masters of Pharmacy) /Pharm. D (Doctor of Pharmacy) with 4 year of experience in relevant area. Desirable: Ph.D. degree in Microbiology/ Biochemistry / Biotechnology subject from a recognized University with 2 years R&D/Teaching experience in the relevant subject. Knowledge of Computer Applications or Business Intelligence tools/ Data Management.
Research Assistant	Essential: Graduate (Degree) in Science/ relevant subjects from a recognized university with 3 years of work experience from a recognized institution or master’s degree in the relevant subject or Pharm D (Doctor of Pharmacy) from a recognized institution
Laboratory Technician-III	Essential: Intermediate or 12th pass in science subjects and 2 years diploma in medical laboratory technician OR PMW or radiology/radiography or related field from a recognized board OR One year DMLT plus one year work experience in a recognized organization or two years field experience. *B.Sc. degree shall be treated as 3 years’ experience
Data Entry Operator	Essential: Intermediate or 12th pass from a recognized board. A speed test of not less than 15000 key depressions per hour through speed test on computer Desirable: 2 years’ experience in EDP work in government, Autonomous, PSU or any other recognized organization.
Multitasking Staff	Essential: High school or equivalent from recognized institute

Selection Procedure:

1.Candidates have to apply by posting their application and supporting documents (self-attested) to the undersigned.
(i) In the first instance, all the candidates who fulfill minimum eligibility criteria regarding age, educational qualifications, experience, etc. (wherever required) shall be short-listed.
(ii) Shortlisted candidates after the scrutiny of documents will be posted on Dr. RPGMC’s website.
(iii) Incomplete information/supporting documents in application will not be entertained and considered ineligible. No separate communication will be encouraged.
(iv) Only shortlisted candidates will be asked to appear for the written examination/interview.
(v) No TA/DA will be paid to the candidate for appearing for examination and joining.

These are purely contractual posts and as such they will not have any claim whatsoever for regularization neither in the Dr. RP Govt. Medical College, Tanda or at Department of Health Research (DHR)/ Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR).
The mere fulfillment of requisite essential qualifications/experience does not guarantee selection.
During the currency of the projects as well as on its termination, the Dr. RP Govt. Medical College, Tanda as well as theDHR/ ICMR New Delhi will have no legal liabilities relating of staff.
Performance will be assessed on a regular basis.
Contract can be terminated at any time based on the performance of the staff.
Candidates will have to submit an affidavit at the time of joining that they will accept all the general instructions & terms and conditions related to the post.
