Regional Ayurveda Research Institute intends to engage Laboratory Consultant on contract basis for the clinical Laboratory of the Institute for a period of one year or till regular post is filled whichever is earlier.

Essential Qualification :

(a) Post Graduation in Microbiology, pathology and biochemistry.

(b) Bachelor in Microbiology, pathology and biochemistry.

(d) Should know how to operate, calibrate and maintain laboratory Equipments.

(e) Age not exceeding 35 years as on date of Interview. And 64 years for retire person.

Salary :

Rs. 50,000/- per month.

Interested candidates fulfilling the qualifications may appear for written test/ interview on above mentioned address, date and time along with their original certificates for verification. Applicants should submit their application in the prescribed format, two passport size photographs and self attested photocopies of the certificates at the time of interview.

Note:-

Appointment is only for a period of one Year or till the permanent post is filled whichever is earlier.
The engagement of the above post will be purely on contractual basis and no right to claim for continuation or regular appointment.
In case of any misconduct, disobedience or negligence of assigned duties, the competent authority has right to terminate this agreement and the services of the individual immediately without giving any prior notice.
Applicants should bring their bio-data along with original certificates, experience certificates etc. with a set of photocopies and two recent passport size photographs
No TA/DA will be paid for attending the written test/ interview.

The Assistant Director In-charge, RARI, Jaral Pandoh, Mandi reserves the right to postpone or cancel the written test and interview without assigning any reason.
In case more than 10 candidates, written test will be conducted.
Age should not be more than 64 years on the last date of receipt of application.
The contract shall not be extended beyond 05 years after superannuation.
A fixed monthly amount shall be admissible, arrived at by deducting the basic pension from the pay drawn at the time of retirement. The amount of remuneration so fixed shall remain unchanged for the term of contract. There will be no annual increment/ percentage increased during the contract period.
No increment and Dearness allowances shall be allowed during the term of contract.
A fixed amount as transport allowance shall be paid to the consultants who are retired government employees as per rules.
Consultants engaged mid way through any financial year; their initial period of engagement will be till 31 march of that financial year.
The engagement as Consultants shall not be considered as a case of re-employment.
Paid leave of absence may be allowed at the rate of 1.5 days for each completed month of service.
The Consultant shall be required to observe the normal office timing and may also be called upon to attend the office on Saturday, Sunday or any holiday in case of urgency.
The income Tax or any other tax will be deducted at source as per government instruction.
The Consultant from open market shall be engaged after verification of antecedent by the police.
