Educational Qualification :

Scientific Professional	First class Master degree in Physics/ Forestry/Geography/Soil Sciences/Spatial Planning//Urban planning/Env. Planning/Geo-Informatics orB.Tech/ M.Tech in the discipline of Engineering with at least two years experience in the Remote Sensing/GIS etc.
Junior Accountant	Bachelor degree in commerce from recognized university/institution, should have basic knowledge of computer Operation with at least one year Computer Training Certificate from recognized/reputed institution. Should have minimum three years experience an Accountant in commercial accounting with public sector undertaking or private limited company with an annual turnover of at least rupees five Crores.
Driver	Should be matriculate or its equivalent from recognized Board of School Education/institution. Must possess valid driving license for the plying of heavy/light vehicles in hilly terrain.
Security Guard	Matric or its equivalent from a Board of School Education recognized by the Central Govt/State Govt. Knowledge of customs & dialects of Himachal Pradesh
Sweeper	8th or its equivalent from a Board of School Education recognized by the Central Govt/State Govt. Knowledge of customs & dialects of Himachal Pradesh
Field Assistant-cum-Operator	Operation of ambient Air Quality Monitoring Station and sampling on 8hrs shift basis for 24 hrs a day.
Environmental Specialist/Expert	Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering/ Environmental Sciences/ Civil Engineering /Biological Sciences/ Ecological Sciences, Hydrology from recognized university, Experience: at least 5 years experience in assessing environmental impacts, field based environmental research, significant involvement in EIAs and ESIAs of hydropower projects preferably in the Himalayan region. Developing environmental management plans/frameworks and monitoring and evolution strategies with at least 3 years in handling and coordinating hard core EIA/ESIA. Familiarity with the world bank/IFC safeguard policies and good knowledge of hydropower projects, especially the catchment management and hydrological monitoring is highly desirable. Experience having worked on world bank/or other Donor agency supported project is preferred, but not essential. Knowledge of Ecological limits of hydrologic alteration (ELOHA) framework is desirable.

Age Limit :

upper age limit will be 45 years as on 12.03.2024

The engagement would be purely on outsource basis initially for a period of one year The selected candidates would be required to give an affidavit stating that he/she shall have no claim for absorption in the NRTC, Parwanoo or claim a regular pay scale of the NRTC.
