Educational Qualification and Experience :
Assistant Engineer :
Officer under the Central/ State Governments/ Universities recognized Researched Institutes or Institutes of National Importance or Govt. Laboratory or PSU. (Junior Engineer)
- First Class B.E./ B.Tech. in Civil/Electrical Engineering from a recognized University or Institute. OR
- First Class Diploma in Civil /Electrical Engineering with excellent academic record.
Experience :
- Holding analogous post; or
- 5 years regular service with Grade Pay of Rs. 4200/-a Jr. Engineer.
Junior Engineer :
- First Cass B.E./ B Tech in Civil/Electrical Engineering from a recognized university or Institute. OR
- First Class Diploma in Civil/ Electrical Engineering with excellent academic record.
- Period of deputation shall be for a period of One year or till the appointment of regular Assistant Engineer/ Junior Engineer, whichever is earlier. However, Competent Authority can extend the period of deputation based upon performance and prevailing situation/ requirement of the institute.
- The maximum age limit for appointment on deputation shall be not exceeding 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications.
