In continuation to this office advertisement No.5999/2023-24 dated 16.02.2024 (Classified) applications from desirous Bona-fide Himachali candidates on prescribed proforma which were invited for filling up 16 No. posts of various category i.e Para Pump Operator 6 Nos, Para Fitter 4 Nos and 16 No. Multipurpose Workers. In view of the clarification received from the office of the Engineer-in-Chief, Jal Shakti Vibhag Shimla letter No. JSV-ES-III-DW-Manpower-Vol.-VI 2022-416-495 dated 26.04.2024 with reference to reservation of posts for Schedule Casts & Schedule Tribe categories and E.W.S. categories, the Candidates who have applied against above advertisement are advised to submit the required documents of SC/OBC Category and latest EWS category certificate, if, they wish to get the benefit of reservation under SC/OBC & EWS category. No fresh applications will be considered. The documents must reach in the office of the Executive Engineer Jal Shakti Division Sundernagar between 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (on working days) upto 03.10.2024

Educational Qualifications :
| Para Pump Operator | The candidate should have a minimum qualification of matriculation (10th) with ITI certificate in the trade of Electrician/ wireman/ Diesel Mechanic/ Pump Mechanic/ Motor Mechanic/ Pump operator-cum-Mechanic/Pump Operation and Maintenance from a recognized ITI under Skill Development scheme of the Government |
| Para Fitter | The candidate should have a minimum qualification of matriculation (10th) with ITI certificate in the trade of Fitter/ Plumber from a recognized ITI in above cited trades under Skill Development scheme of the Government |
| Multipurpose Workers | The candidate should have a minimum qualification of Middle pass (8th) and its equivalent from School duly recognized by the State Government |
Note:- Candidate applying for Multipurpose workers shall compulsory attach detailed marks sheet of Middle Standard and in the event of non issuing of the same by the concerned Education Board, the detailed marks certificate be obtained from the Principal of the School concerned.
Age Limit : 18 to 45 years
General Instructions:-
- It shall be the responsibility of the candidates to submit all requisite documents mentioned above as short listing/eligibility shall be done in case the application received are much more than the numbers of post.
- The merit list will be prepared based upon the document submitted and the shortlisted candidates will have to undergo skill/physical Test. Preferably candidates equal to 5 times of the total No. of posts against each category will be shortlisted.
- The eligible candidates will be called for Skill/Physical test separately. 4. The original certificates/testimonials will be seen at the time of evaluation.
