In Continuation of the previous advertisement No. 15411 Dated 13.02.2024 from the Jal Shakti Division Rampur, application were invited from desirous Himachali bonafied candidates for 20 posts in various categories (02 Para Pump Operators, 01 Para Fitter and 17 Multi Purpose Workers).A clarification has been received from the Engineer-in-Chief’s office vide letter No. JSV-ES-III-DW-Manpower-Vol. VI/2022-416-495 Dated 26.04.2024, regarding the reservation of posts for SC,ST,OBC and EWS categories, As a result, applications are now invited again for these available posts. The Candidates who have already applied do not need to apply. However, they must submit SC/ST/OBC category certificate signed by the competent authority, as well as income and asset certificates, Additionally, non -SC/ST/OBC candidates who have submitted BPL certificate should also submit EWS certificates signed by the competent authority, if applicable, to avail of reservation benefits. The deadline for submitting applications/ documents to the office of the Executive Engineer Jal Shakti Division, Sarkaghat is 5:00 PM on or before 14th August 2024.

Educational Qualifications :

Para Pump Operator	The candidates should have a minimum Qualification of Matriculation (10th) with ITI certificate in the trade of Electrician/Wireman/ Diesel mechanic/Pump Mechanic/Motor Mechanic/Pump Operator cum Mechanic/Mechanic (Motor Vehicle)/ Pump Operation-cum-Mechanic/Pump Operation & Maintenance from a recognized ITI. Matriculation (10th) with certificate in above cited trades under skill Development Scheme of the Government.
Para Fitter	The candidates should have a minimum Qualification of Matriculation (10th) with ITI certificate in the trade of fitter/Plumber from a recognized ITI. Matriculation (10th) with certificate in above cited under skill Development Scheme of the Government
Multipurpose Workers	The candidates should have a minimum Qualification of middle pass (8th) and its equivalent from school duly recognized by the state Govt. All candidate must ensure to submit their 8th standard mark sheet

Note:- Candidate applying for multi purpose workers shall compulsory attached detail mark sheet of middle standard and in the event of non issuing of the same by the concerned education board the detailed marks certificate form the Principal of the school needs to be attached. Evaluation criteria and short listing (if necessary) is based upon marks obtained in the middle standard and not of any other standard even if higher qualification is obtained.

Documents to be attached with application forms :

Attested/self attested copies of (i) Legitimate proof of age (ii) Proof of BPL Family in case of BPL candidate issued not later than six months (iii) Proof of Education and Technical Qualification (iv) Certificate of Bonafide of Himachal (v) Certificate and experience (if any) of the related feild of JSV/HPPWD/CPWD/PSUs issued by the competent authority OR Outsourcing agency providing service in HP Jal Shakti Vibhag (vi) Category certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS) (vii) Income certificate issued not older than six months.

General Instructions :

1.It shall be the responsibility of the candidates to submit all requisite documents mentioned above as short listing/eligibility shall be done in case the application received are much more than that the number of post. 2. The shortlisted candidates based on the eligibility criteria fixed by the Government will have to undergo skill/Physical Test. The final merit list will be prepared based upon the submitted documents and Skill/Physical. 3, If a candidate wants to apply for the more than one post, separate application for each post needs to be submitted. 4. Only those candidates shall be eligible for skill & physical test who falls in the merit list i.e. five times the number of sanctioned posts. 5. The original certificate/testimonials will be seen at the time of evaluation.
