Jal Shakti Division Dharamshala Para Cook And Para Helper Recruitment 2025 –In Pursuance to the Addl. Chief Secretary (JSV) to the Govt. of H.P. vide Letter No. JSV-A-(F) (1) 1/2023 dated 23.10.2024 & vide Engineer-in-Chief Jal Shakti Vibhag office letter No. JSV-ES-III-Manpower-Para Cook Helper/ 2022-4414-99 dated 04.11.2024 & further vide Superintending Engineer Jal Shakti Circle letter No. SE/JSV/CD/ EA-II/Para Worker/8893-99 dated 19.11.2024, application from desirous candidates on the prescribed preformed (attached with the advertisement) are invited for filling up of the posts of Para Cook and Para Helper workers Jal Shakti Rest House Sidhwari and JSV Inspection Hut Kotwali Bazar under JSV Division Dharamshala, on the term & Conditions that the working hours of incumbents shall be 6 hours per day. Educational Qualifications :

Para Cook

The candidate should have passed matriculation (10TH) Examination from A School/institution situated within Himachal Pradesh. The condition of passing 10th from Himachal School shall not be applicable to Bonafide Himachal. The candidate must possess degree/diploma in any trade from Govemment approved Hotel Management institute/ institute of Hotel Management or Food Production institute or Minimum 5 (Five) year experience in cooking/catering from any Government or private institution

Para Helper

The candidate should have Passed matriculation (10th) Examination from the Board/University recognized by the H.P./Center Govt.

Essential Documents :

(1) Citizen of India (ii)Legitimate proof of age. (lii) Proof of income of BPL candidate, issued not letter than six months (iv) Proof of educational and technical qualification (v) Certificate of Bonafied Himachali, (vi) Character certificate issued by Executive Magistrate not later than one year (vii) Having Sound Mind (vii) No family member of the candidate(s) should be in any kind of Government/PSU/Board job. (ix) Have never been involved in any act of criminal nature (x) Medically fit to perform duties (xi) Permanent resident of the concemed Jal Shakti circle Dharamshala.

Term and Condition of Service :

(1) The selected incumbent will be paid honorarium at the rate of Rs. 9000/-PM for Para Cook and Rs. 5500/-PM for Para Helper.

(ii) The working hours of incumbents shall be 6 hour per day.

(iii) A quarterly self-reporting format (to be devised by the Jal Shakti Vibhag) would be filled by the Para Cook and Para Helper and submitted to the Junior Engineer Concerned. Based on this, at the end of every financial-year, consolation report would be placed (on as format to be devised by the Jal Shakti Department) for certification of satisfactory work and conduct. This certificate shall by electronically sent to the concerned Superintending Engineer for record.

(iv) Unsatisfactory performance any result in termination of appointment passing as order. The process of termination shall however not be completed unless at least 3 nos. notice have been served upon the incumbent on specific charge and there has been no improvement in service delivery, the concerned would have to substantially put down in written the reason for such termination and this need to be countersigned by concerned Assistant Engineer based on record.

How To Apply :

Eligible and interested candidates can submit their application on Prescribed Performa in the Office of the Executive Engineer, JSV Division Dharamshala on any working day from 10.00 am to 5.00 pm up to 14.01.2025. Application received after 14.01.2025 will summarily be rejected. Based on qualification of candidates, initial seniority shall be drawn as per criteria notified and top most eligible candidates (about 3 times to vacancies) will be called for skill test will be informed Separate by telephonically/letter will be given to the candidate called for skill test.
