In continuation to this office advertisement No. 25975-84 dated 29-01-2024 (Classified) applications form desirous Bona-fide Himachali candidates on prescribed Performa which were invited for filling up 40 Nos posts of various categories i.e. 12 Nos Para Pump Operator, 06 Nos of Para Fitter and 22 Nos of Multipurpose Workers and also as per clarification received from the O/o the Engineer-In-Chief Jal Shakti Vibhag Jal Shakti Bhawan Shimla-05 vide letter No. JSV-ES-III-D.W-Manpower-Vol.-VI/2022-416-495 dated 26-04-2024 w.r.t. reservations of posts for Schedule Caste, Other Backward Classes, Schedule Tribe categories and & E.W.S. categories, the applications are once again invited for filling up the available posts under Jal Shakti Division Bilaspur.

Candidates who have applied against earlier advertisement No. 25975-84 dated 29-01-2024 (Classified) need not apply again however they are required to submit the required documents of SC/ST/OBC category and latest EWS category certificate if they wish to get the benefit of reservation under SC/ST/OBC/EWS category. The latest BPL Certificate is required who has already applied/ submitted the application to this office for the post of Para Pump Operator and Para Fitter only.

Educational Qualifications :

Para Pump Operator	The candidate should have a minimum qualification of matriculation (10th) with ITI certificate in the trade of Electrician/Wireman/Diesel Mechanic/ Motor Mechanic/Pump Operator Cum Mechanic/Mechanic (Motor Vehicle)/Pump Operation-cum-Mechanic/Pump Operation and Maintenance from a recognized ITI OR Matriculation (10th) with certificate in above cited trades under skill Development Scheme of the Government. The candidates who belongs to Schedule caste, Schedule tribe, other backward classes and Economically Weaker Section category may submit their relevant certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS)
Para Fitter	The candidate should have a minimum qualification of matriculation (10th) with ITI certificate in trade of Fitter/Plumber from recognized ITI/ Institute OR Matriculation (10th) with certificate in above cited trades under skill Development Schene of the Government. The candidates who belongs to Schedule caste, Schedule tribe, other backward classes and Economically Weaker Section category may submit their relevant certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS)
Multipurpose Workers	The candidate should have a minimum qualification of middle pass (8th) and its equivalent from school duly recognized by the state Government. The candidates who belongs to Schedule caste, Schedule tribe, other backward classes and Economically Weaker Section category may submit their relevant certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS

Documents to be attached with application forms:

Attested/self attested copies of (i) Legitimate proof of age (ii) Proof of BPL Family in case of BPL candidate issued not later than six months (iii) Proof of Education and Technical qualification (iv) Certificate of Bonofide of Himachal (v) Certificate and experience (if any) of the related field of JSV/HPPWD/CPWD/PSUs issued by the competent authority(vi)category certificate (SC/ST/OBC) (vii)EWS Category certificated issued by the competent authority not older than six monts.. General Instructions:-

It shall be the responsibility of the candidates to submit all requisite documents mentioned above as short listing/ eligibility shall be done in case the application received are much more than that the numbers of post.
The short listing/ eligibility will be based upon the documents submitted and the shortlisted candidates will have to undergo an skill/ physical test as per requirement of post.
If a candidate wants to apply for more than one post. Separate application for each post needs to be submitted.
The candidate will be called for Skill/ Physical test separately.
The original certificates/testimonials may be seen at the time of evaluation before skill/Physical test.

Note:-Candidate applying for Multipurpose workers shall compulsory attached detailed marks sheet of middle standard and in the event of non issuing of the same by the concerned Education Board the detailed marks certificate from the principal of the school needs to be attached, evaluation criteria and short listing is based upon marks obtained in the Middle standard and not of any other standard even if higher qualification is obtained.
