Educational Qualifications :

Para Cook :

The candidate should have passed matriculation examination from a School/ institution situated within Himachal Pradesh. The condition of passing 10th from Himachali School shall not be applicable to Bonafide Himachali.
The candidate must possess degree/diploma in any trade from Government approved Hotel Management Institute/Institute of Hotel Management or Food Production Institute or Minimum 05(Five) year experience in cooking/catering from any Govt. or Private Institution with P.F. details and account statement for the said period.

Para Helper

The candidate should have passed matriculation examination from the Board/University recognized by the H.P/Centre Govt.

Eligibility :

Candidates shall be eligible to apply for the post of Para Cook and Para Helper if they are:

Citizen of India.
Bonafide Himachali,
Having sound Mind.
No family member of the candidate should be in any kind Government/PSU/Board job. of
Having never been involved in any act of criminal nature.
Medically fit to perform duties.
Permanent resident of the Jal Shakti Circle Solan, District Solan (H.P.)

Age Limit :

Para Cook	18 to 45 Years
Para Helper	18 to 45 Years

Salary :

Para Cook	Rs. 9000/-PM
Para Helper	Rs.5500/-PM

Documents to be attached with the application form:

Matriculation examination from a School/institution situated within HP.
Degree/Diploma in any trade from Government approved Hotel Management Institute/Institute of Hotel Management or Food Production Institute or Minimum 05 (Five) year experience in Cooking/Catering from any Govt. or Private Institution with P.F. details and account statement for the said period.
Bonafide Himachali Certificate.
Certificate regarding No family member of the candidate(s) should be in any kind of Govt./PSU/Board job.
Character Certificate.
Medical fitness Certificate
Having never been involved in any act of criminal nature.
BPL Certificate not later than six months (if any).
Experience certificate in the related field (if any).

Note: All above documents should be attested/self-attested

If a candidate wants to apply for more than one post, separate application for each post needs to be submitted. The selected candidates will be given monthly remuneration fixed by the Govt. These posts will remain honorarium based and will not form part of cadre post of the department and therefore, will not confer any right on the appointees to claim regularization as per current policy of the Government.

How To Apply :

The application should reach in the office of the Executive Engineer, Jal Shakti Division, Dharampur Distt. Solan H.P. before 07.02.2025 upto 05.00 P.M. The application received after the due date or found incomplete will be rejected straight away without assigning any reason. The department will not be responsible for delay whatever in receipt of application due to any reason.
