In continuation to this office advertisement No. 9134-35 dated 24.1.2024 &No.8204-10 dated 27.1.2024 (Classified) applications from desirous Bona-fide Himachall candidates on prescribed Performa which were invited for filling up 20 Nos. posts of various categories Le 9 nos. of Para Pump Operator, 4 nos, of Para Fitter and 9 nos of Multipurpose Workers. As per clarification received from the Dis the Engineer-in-Chief vide letter No JSV-ES-DW Manpower-Vol- VI/2022-416-495 dated 26.04.2024 wr.1 reservation of posts for Schedule Caste & Schedule Tribe categories and E.WS categories, the applications are invited for filling up the available posts under Jai Shaks Division Rajgarh.

The applications/documents must reach Through By Post in the office of the Executive Engineer, Jal Shaks Division Rajgarh before 5.00 PM. on 03.08.2004.

Educational Qualifications :

Para Pump Operator	The candidate should have a minimum qualification of matriculation (10th) with IT certificate in the trade of Electrician/Wireman Diesel Mechanic Pump Mechanic Motor Mechanic Pump Operator cum Mechanic Mechanic (Motor Vehicle)/ Pump Operation-cum-Mechanic Pump Operation and Maintenance from a recognized II or matriculation (10th) with certificate in above cited trades under Skill Development scheme of the Government Income certificate and the candidates who belongs to schedule caste and Schedule tribe category submit their category certificate (SC/ST
Para Fitter	The candidate should have a minimum qualification of matriculation (10th) with (1) certificate in the trade of Fitter from a recognized ITI or matriculation (10th) with certificate in above cited trades under Skill Development scheme of the Government Income certificate and the candidates who belongs to schedule caste and Schedule tribe category submit their category certificate (SC/ST)
Multipurpose Workers	The candidate should have a minimum qualification of middle pass (8th) and its equivalent from school duly recognized by the State Government and the candidates who belongs to schedule caste/income certificate and the candidates who belongs to schedule caste and Schedule tribe category submit their category certificate (SC/ST)

Note:- Candidate applying for Multipurpose workers shall compulsory attach detailed marks sheet of middle standard and in the event of non issuing of the same by the concerned Education Board the detailed marks certificate from the principal of the school needs to be attached. Evaluation criteria and short listing (if necessary) will be based upon marks obtained in the Middle standard and not of any other standard even if higher qualification is obtained.

Age Limit:-

18 to 45 Years as on 03.08.2024.

The number of posts may increase or decrease depending upon Vacancy position as per the requirement of Jal Shakti Vibhag The selected candidates can be posted at anywhere under the jurisdiction of this Division.

Documents to be attached with application forms:

Attested/ self attested copies of (i) Legitimate proof of age (i) Proof of BPL Family in case of BPL candidate issued not later than six months ((ii) Proof of Education and Technical qualification (iv) Certificate of Bonafide of Himachal (V) Character Certificate issued not later than one year(VI) Certificate and experience (if any) of the related field of JSV/HPPWD/CPWD/PSUs issued by the competent authority OR Outsourcing agency providing services in HP Jal Shakti Vibhag (vi) category certificate (SC/ST) (vii) EWS category certificated issued by the competent authority not older than six months.

General Instructions:

It shall be the responsibility of the candidates to submit all requisite documents mentioned above as short listing/eligibility shall be done in case the application received are much more than that the numbers of post.
The merit list will be prepared based upon the documents submitted and the shortlisted candidates will have to undergo skill/ physical Test.
If a candidate wants to apply for more than one post, separate application for each post needs to be submitted
The candidates will be called for Skil/Physical test separately
The original certificates/testimonials will be seen at the time of evaluation.
