In Continuation of the previous advertisement No. 5784/2024 17.01.2024 from the Jal Shakti Division Pooh, application were invited from desirous Himachali Bonofide candidate for 27 posts in various categories (9 Pump Operator, 3 Para Fitter and 15 Multi Purpose Worker). A clarification has been received from the Engineer-in-Chief office vide letter No. JSV-ES- III-D.W-Manpower-Vol-VI/2022-416-495 dated 26.04.2024, regarding reservation of posts for SC, ST, OBC and EWS categories. As a result, applications are now invited again for these available posts. However, they must submit SC, ST and OBC certificates signed by the competent authority, as well as income and asset certificates. Additionally, non-SC, ST and OBC candidates who have submitted BPL certificates should also submit EWS certificates signed by the component authority, if applicable, to avail of reservation benefits. The deadline for submitting applications/documents to the office of Executive Engineer Jal Shakti Division Pooh is 5:00 PM on or before 11th October, 2024.

Essential Qualification :

Para Pump Operator	Candidate should have minimum qualification Matriculation (10th) with certificate in trade of ITI Electrician/ Wireman Diesel Mechanic/Pump Mechanic Motor Mechanic/Pump Operator-cum-Mechanic from a recognized ITI or Matriculation (10th) with certificate in above cited trades under Skill Development Scheme of the Government
Para Fitter	Candidate should Candidate should have minimum qualification Matriculation (10th) with ITI certificate in the Trade of Fitter! Plumber from a recognized ITI or ITI or Matriculation (10th) with certificate in above cited trades under Skill Development Scheme of the Government,
Multi Purpose Worker	Candidate should have a minimum qualification of Middle pass and its equivalent from school duly recognized by the State Government

The candidate should attach the attested photo copies of following certificate (self attested) with the application form (Specimen attached) :-

For Para Pump Operator And Para Fitter :

Bonofide Himachali Certificate.
Matriculation certificate showing detail marks obtained.
Relevant ITI skill development certificate
Legitimate proof of age.
BPL certificate (Proof of BPL family in case candidate issued not later than 6 months).
Experience certificate as described below.
Character certificate issued by 1st Class magistrate.
SC/ST/OBC/EWS Certificate issued by competent authority as per HP Government time to time notification.
If a candidate applies from the EWS category then it is necessary (Income certificate issued not older than 6 months)

For Multipurpose Workers :

Bonofide Himachali Certificate.
Middle standard certificate showing detail marks obtained.
Legitimate proof of age.
Experience certificate as described below.
Character certificate issued by 1st Class magistrate.
SC/ST/OBC/EWS Certificate issued by competent authority as per HP Government time to time notification. If a candidate applies from the EWS category then it is necessary (Income certificate issued not older than 6 months).

After the scrutiny of the application forms, the eligible candidates will be called for Skill/Physical Test.

General Instructions:-

It shall be the responsibility of the candidates to submit all requisite documents mentioned above:-
The short listing/eligibility will be based upon the documents submitted
If a candidate wants to apply for more than one post; separate application for each post needs to be submitted.
Applications received after due date shall be rejected summarily without assigning any reason.
The candidate will be called for Skill as per requirement for the post.
The original certificates/testimonials will be seen at the time of evaluation.
The detail of evaluation criteria, experience and other detail can be had from the office of Executive Engineer Jal Shakti Division, Distt. Kinnaur.

Note:-Candidate applying for Multipurpose workers shall compulsory attached detailed marks sheet of middle standard and in the event of non issuing of the same by the concerned Education Board the detailed marks certificate from the principal of theschool needs to be attached. Evaluation criteria and short listing (if necessary) is based upon marks obtained in the Middle standard and not of any other standard even if higher qualification is obtained.

How To Apply :

The application should reach in the office of Executive Engineer. JSV Division Pooh District Kinnaur on or before 11/10/2024 up to 5:00 PM. The applications received after due date or found incomplete will be rejected straightway without assigning any reason.
