In pursuance to the approval conveyed by the Additional Chief Secretary (JSV) to the Govt. of H.P vide letter No.JSV-A-F(1)- 1/2023 dated 29-11-2023 for engagement of Para workers ie. Para Pump Operator, Para Fitter and Multipurpose Workers afresh on honorarium basis (six hourly per day) and further circulated by the Engineer-in-Chief Jal Shakti Vibhag Shimla-5 vide letter No.JSV-ES-III-D.W.Manpower Vol.V/2023-6056-6058 dated 15-01-2024, and Superintending Engineer Jal Shakti Circle Kullu office letter No.SE-IPHK-EA-III-Para Workers/2023-9616-22 dated 19-01-2024, fresh applications from the desirous candidates on the Prescribed Performa (Attached with the advertisement) are hereby invited for filling up these post under Jal Shakti Division Keylong on the cited term & conditions that they will be a part time worker for 6 working hours per day on Honorarium basis. The Application should reach in the office of Executive Engineer Jal Shakti Division, Keylong on or before 27/02/2024 upto 5:00 PM. The application received after the due date or found incomplete will be rejected straight way without assigning any reason. The Department will not be responsible for delays in receipt of applications due to any reasons whatever. The number of posts as mentioned below may increase or decrease.

Educational Qualifications :

Para Pump Operator	The candidate should have a minimum qualification of matriculation (10th) with certificate in trade of Electrician/ Wireman/Diesel Mechanic/Pump Mechanic/Motor Mechanic/ Pump Operator cum Mechanic from a recognized ITI OR Matriculation (10th) with certificate in above cited trades under Skill Development Scheme of the Government
Para Fitter	The candidate should have a minimum qualification of matriculation (10th) with ITI certificate in trade of Fitter/Plumber from a recognized ITI /institute OR Matriculation (10th) with certificate in above cited trade under Skill Development scheme of the Government
Multipurpose Workers	The candidate should have a minimum qualification of Middie (8th) pass and its equivalent from school duly recognized by the State Government

Age Limit :

Para Pump Operator	18 to 45 Years
Para Fitter	18 to 45 Years
Multipurpose Workers	18 to 45 Years

Salary :

Para Pump Operator	Rs.6000/- per Month
Para Fitter	Rs.6000/- per Month
Multipurpose Workers	Rs.4400/- per Month

Essential Documents :

The attested/self-attested copies of following documents are required to be attached with the application form.

FOR PARA PUMP OPERATOR/PARA FITTER:-

1) Bonafied Himachali Certificate.
ii) Matric (10) certificate showing detail of marks obtained.
iii) Relevant IT/Skill Development certificate.
iv) Proof of agei.e. date of birth certificate.
v) BPL certificate not later than six months (if any).
vi) Experience certificate :- Experience of the related field of JSV/HPPWD/CPWD/PSUS OR Outsourcing agency Providing service in HP Jal Shakti Vibhag. A certificate issued by the Assistant Engineer Concerned & Counter signed by the Executive Engineer is required. Related field for Pump Operator is operation and maintenance of Pumping machinery allied electrical installations of Rural Water Supply Scheme/Irrigation Schemes. Related field for Fitter is maintaining the in village piped water supply infrastructure or distribution system of Rural Water Supply irrigation Schemes.

FOR MULTIPURPOSE WORKER:-

i) Bonafied Himachali certificate.
ii) Middle (8) certificate showing detail of marks obtained.
iii) Proof of agei.e. date of birth certificate.
iv) Experience certificate: Experience of the related field of JSV/HPPWD/CPWD/PSUS OR Outsourcing agency providing service in HP Jal Shakti Vibhag. A certificate issued by the EE(ISV) is required. Related field for Pump Operator is operation and maintenance of Pumping machinery allied electrical installations of Rural Water Supply Scheme/Irrigation Schemes. Related field for Fitter is maintaining the in village piped water supply infrastructure or distribution system of Rural Water Supply/Irrigation Schemes.
