In pursuance to the approval conveyed by the Additional Chief Secretary (JSV) to the Govt. of H.P vide letter No.JSV-A- F(1)-1/2023 dated 29-11-2023 and No.IPH(A)2(B)15-11/2018 dated 18.04.2024 for engagement of Para workers i.e. Para Pump Operator, Para Fitter and Multipurpose Workers afresh on honorarium basis (six hourly per day) and further circulated by the Engineer-in-Chief Jal Shakti Vibhag Shimla-5 vide letter No.JSV-ES-III-D.W.Manpower Vol. V/2023-6056-6058 dated 15-01-2024 and even file No.416-495 dated 26.04.2024 and Superintending Engineer Jal Shakti Circle Kullu office letter No.SE-IPHK-EA-III-Para Workers/2023-9616-22 dated 19-01-2024, applications from the desirous candidates on the Prescribed Proforma (Attached with the advertisement) are hereby invited for filling up these posts under Jal Shakti Division Anni on the cited terms & conditions that they will be a part time worker for 6 working hours per day on Honorarium basis. The Application should reach in the office of Executive Engineer Jal Shakti Division, Anni on dated 27-07-2024 upto 5.00 P.M. The application received after the due date or found incomplete will be rejected straight way without assigning any reason. The Department will not be responsible for delays in receipt of applications due to any reasons whatever. The applicants should mention their phone number (if any) in the application form. No TA & D/A will be payable to the applicants for appearing in skill and physical test. The number of posts as mentioned below may increase or decrease.

Educational Qualifications :

Para Pump Operator	The candidate should have a minimum qualification of Matriculation (10th) with certificate in trade Electrician/ Wireman/Diesel Mechanic/ Pump Mechanic/Motor Mechanic/Pump Operator cum Mechanic from a recognized ITI OR Matriculation (10th) with certificate in above cited trades under skill Development Scheme of the Government
Para Fitter	The candidate should have a minimum qualification of Matriculation (10th) with ITI certificate in the trade of Fitter/Plumber from a recognized ITI/Institute OR Matriculation (10th) with certificate in above cited trade under skill Development Scheme of the Government.
Multipurpose Workers	The candidate should have a minimum qualification of Middle (8th) pass and its equivalent from school duly recognized by the state Government

Age Limit :

Para Pump Operator	18 to 45 years
Para Fitter	18 to 45 years
Multipurpose Workers	18 to 45 years

Salary :

Para Pump Operator	Rs. 6300/- PM
Para Fitter	Rs. 6300/- PM
Multipurpose Workers	Rs. 5000/- PM

Essential Documents :

Para Fitter :-

i) Bonafied Himachali Certificate.
ii) Matric (10th) certificate showing detail of marks obtained.
iii) Relevant ITI/Skill Development certificate.
iv) Proof of age i.e. date of birth certificate.
v) BPL certificate not later than six months (if any).
vi) Character Certificate issued by 1st Class Magistrate.
vii) Experience certificate: Experience of the related field of JSV/HPPWD/CPWD/PSUS OR Outsourcing agency Providing service in HP Jal Shakti Vibhag. A certificate issued by the EE (JSV) is required. Related field for Fitter is maintaining the in village piped water supply infrastructure or distribution system of Rural Water Supply/Irrigation Schemes.

Para Pump Operator :-

i) Bonafied Himachali Certificate.
ii) Matric (10th) certificate showing detail of marks obtained.
iii) Relevant ITI/Skill Development certificate.
iv) Proof of age i.e. date of birth certificate.
v) BPL certificate not later than six months (if any)
vi) Character Certificate issued by 1st Class Magistrate.
vii) SC/ST/OBC/EWSs Certificate issued by competent authority as per HP Govt. time to time notification.
Viii) Experience certificate: Experience of the related field of JSV/HPPWD/CPWD/PSUS OR Outsourcing agency Providing service in HP Jal Shakti Vibhag. A certificate issued by the EE (JSV) is required. Related field for Pump Operator is operation and maintenance of Pumping machinery allied electrical installations of Rural Water Supply Scheme/Irrigation Schemes.

Multipurpose Workers :-

i) Bonafied Himachali certificate.
ii) Middle (8th) certificate showing detail of marks obtained.
iii) Proof of age i.e. date of birth certificate.
iv) SC/ST/OBC/EWSs Certificate issued by competent authority as per HP Govt. time to time notification.
v) Character Certificate issued by Ist Class Magistrate.
iv) Experience certificate: -Experience of the related field of JSV/HPPWD/CPWD/PSUs OR Outsourcing agency Providing service in HP Jal Shakti Vibhag. A certificate issued by the EE (JSV) is required. Application received after 27-07-2024 will summarily be rejected. The scrutiny of the applications will be done on the bases of experience and qualification of candidate, initial eligibility shall be drawn as per criteria notified and top most eligible candidates (at least 3 times to vacancies) will be called for skill/physical test. Separate information by telephonically/letter will be given to the candidate called for skill/physical test.
