ICAR-Indian Agricultural Research Institute Regional Station, Kullu Valley invited applications from desirous and eligible candidates for filling up of various posts. Interested candidates can apply on prescribed format.

Educational Qualifications :

Technical Assistant : B.Sc. degree in Agriculture / Horticulture/ Botany /Life Sciences.

Desirable : Research experience in field testing of crops and data recording.

Lab cum Field Attendant : The candidate should have completed 10+2 in Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Science/ Arts/ Commerce.

Salary :

Technical Assistant – Rs. 20000/- PM

Lab cum Field Attendant – Rs. 12000/- PM

Age Limit :

Age should be between 18 years to 35 years.

Terms and Conditions :

  1. The emoluments of the Technical Assistant (TA)(Rs 20000/-PM Fixed) and Lab cum Field attendant (Rs. 12000/- PM Fixed) will be as per Govt. Of India/ICAR rules.
  2. The Technical Assistant (TA) and Lab cum Field attendant positions are purely contractual/non‐regular and will be offered initially for a period up to 31.03.2022and are co‐terminus with the project
  1. Selected candidates will not be entitled to claim for regular appointments/absorption either in this institute or in ICAR. Non‐maintenance of the discipline and failure to perform the assigned duties will make the Technical Assistant (TA)and Lab cum Field attendant liable for termination during the appointment period as per ICAR rules.
  2. Age limit for both of these positions is18-35 years. Age relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST/Women and 3 years for OBC candidates is applicable as per Govt. of India/ICAR Rules.
  3. No objection and experience certificate from the employer in case he/she is in employment must be submitted along with the application form.
  4. Candidates whose near/distant relative(s) is an employee of the ICAR/IARI, have to declare it and communicate this office as per format given below. Such declaration must reach to the undersigned through e‐mail atheadkatrain@gmail.comon or before17.06.2021. If communicated or declared on the date of interview, candidate will not be interviewed.
  5. Only the candidates having essential qualifications would be entertained for the online interview.
  6. Canvassing in any form will disqualify the candidature.
