Himachal Pradesh State Pollution Control Board Shimla invited applications for hiring the services of retired employees of the state Government including Board /Corporation etc initially for a period of six months, purely on temporary basis.

Educational Qualification :

Data Entry Operator: –

(i) 10+2 from a recognized Board/ Institution/ University, established by law by the State/ Central Govt.
(ii) Should possess a minimum speed of 25 words per minute in Hindi Typing and 30 words per minute in English Typing.
(iii) Should have basic knowledge of Computer Operation with One Year Diploma in Computer application/ Training.

Clerk :-

(i) Should have passed 10+2 Examination from a recognized Board of School Education/University.
(ii) Should possess a minimum speed of 30 words per minute in English typewriting or 25 words per minute in Hindi type writing on Computer.
(iii) Should have the knowledge of ‘word Processing’ in Computer as prescribed by the Recruiting Authority.

Jr. Accountant :-

(i) Bachelor Degree in Commerce from a recognized University/ Institution.
(ii) hould have basic knowledge of Computer operation with at least one year Computer Training Certificate in tally system from a recognized/reputed institution.

Age Limit :

The maximum age limit will be 63 years as on 01.01.2023.

Duration :

The hiring of services of retired employee shall be initially for a period of six months extendable upto 2 years depending on the requirement of the Board and performance of the candidate or till the vacancies are filled up through recruiting agency whichever is earlier

Salary :

(1) Data Entry Operator and Clerk Rs. 20,200/- per month (fixed).
(2) Jr. Accountant Rs. 28,900/- per month (fixed)
The hired retired employee shall not be entitled for any type of allowances i.e. DA, HRA, Residential Accommodation and Medical Reimbursement etc.

Terms & Conditions :

No TA/DA shall be paid for interview.

Working Hours:-

Normal office working hours as prescribed in office manual. However, as per exigency one has to sit late to complete the time bound work. Attendance would be made through Biometric Attendance System.

Leave:

Hired retired employee shall be eligible for casual leave at the rate of 1 day for each completed month of service. Accumulation of leave beyond a calendar year will not be allowed. No remuneration for the period of absence in excess of the admissible leave will be paid.

Termination:-

The engagement would be purely on temporary basis and can be terminated by the Board at any time without assigning any reason thereof by giving one month notice. However, in case a appointee wishes to resign, he/she will have to give one month advance notice or remuneration in lieu thereof before resigning from the engagement.

The retired employee (s) can apply only for the post (s) against which he/she had served in the Deptt./Board/ Corporation. The Educational Qualifications are indicative to the post as per R&P Rules and retired Govt. employee(s) with relevant qualification and experience would be eligible for screening to the relevant post.
