HP Panchayat Secretary Syllabus – (HPU Shimla)
The Written Objective type Screening test of One and half hours duration will consist of 85 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) of 85 marks. Each question will be of 1 marks.

Skill Test for Qualify Nature : Computer Typing English 30 WPM or Hindi 25 WPM and Knowledge of Word Processing computer for who qualify written Test.
Educational Qualification for HP Panchayat Secretary
- Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent from any recognized Institution approved by the HP Government University/Board. The candidate should possess a minimum speed of 30 words per minute in English Type writing or 25 words per minute in Hindi Type-writing on Computer. OR
- MBA in Rural Development from HP University, the candidates should possess a minimum speed of 30 words per minute in English Type-writing or 25 words per minute in Hindi Type-writing on Computer.
- Should have knowledge of “Words Processing” in Computer as prescribed by Recruiting Authority.
