In continuation to this office advertisement No. 5158/2023-2024 dated 23/01/2024 (Classified) applications from desirous Bona-fide Himachali candidates on prescribed Performa which were invited for filling up 66 Nos. posts of various categories i.e. 21 nos. of Para Pump Operator, 09 nos. of Para Fitter and 36 nos. of Multipurpose Worker and also as per clarification received from the Oo the Engineer-In-Chief vide letter No. JSV-ES-III-D.W. Manpower-Vol.-V1/2022-416-495 dated 26.04.2024 w.r.t reservation of posts for Schedule Caste & Schedule Tribe, Other Backward Classes and Economically Weaker Section categories, the applications are once again invited for filling up the available posts under Jal Shakti Division Hamirpur.

Candidates who have applied against earlier advertisement No. 5158/2023-2024 dated 23/01/2024 (Classified) need not apply again however they are required to submit the required documents of SC/ST/OBC/EWS category and latest EWS, category certificate if they wish to get the benefit of reservation under SC/ST/OBC/EWS, category. The latest BPL certificate is required who is already applied/submitted the application to this office for the post of Para Pump Operator and Para Fitter only. The applications/documents must reach to the office of the Executive Engineer, Jal Shakti Division Hamirpur before 05.00 P.M. on and before 08-08-2024.

Essential Qualification :

Para Pump Operator	The candidate should have a minimum qualification of matriculation (10) with ITI certificate in the trade of electrician/Wireman/ Diesel Mechanic/Pump Mechanic/ Motor Mechanic/Pump Operator cum Mechanic/Mechanic (Motor Vehicle) Pump Operation-cum-Mechanic/Pump Operation and Maintenance from a recognized ITI or matriculation (10) with certificate in above cited trades under Skill Development scheme of the Government. The certificates who belongs (SC/ST/OBC/EWS category must submit their category certificate duly signed by the competent authority.
Para Fitter	The candidate should have a minimum qualification of matriculation (10) with ITI certificate in the trade of Fitter/Plumber from a recognized ITI or matriculation (10) with certificate in above cited trades under Skill Development scheme of the Government. The candidate who belongs (SC/ST/OBC/EWS category must submit their category certificate duly signed by the competent authority
Multipurpose Workers	The candidate should have a minimum qualification of middle pass (8) and its equivalent from school duly recognized by the State Government. The candidates who belongs (SC/ST/OBC/EWS category must submit their category certificate duly signed by the competent authority. All candidates must ensure to submit their 8th standard mark sheet

Age Limit :

The age limit for applicant shall be >18 years and <45 years.

Essential Documents :

(i) Legitimate proof of age
(ii) Proof of BPL Family in case of BPL candidate issued not later than six months
(iii) Proof of Education and Technical qualification
(iv) Certificate of Bona-fide of Himachal
(v) Certificate and experience (if any) of the related field of JSV/HPPWD/CPWD/ PSUs issued by the competent authority OR Outsourcing agency providing services in HP Jal Shakti Vibhag
(vi) category certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS)
(vii) EWS category certificated issued by the competent authority not older than six months
(viii) Character Certificate issued fom, the 1″ Class Magistrate.
(ix) 8th standard mark sheet for candidate applying for the post Multipurpose Worker.

General Instructions:-

It shall be the responsibility of the candidates to submit all requisite documents mentioned above as short listing/eligibility shall be done in case the application received are much more than that the numbers of post.
The short listing/eligibility will be based upon the documents submitted and the shortlisted candidates will have to undergo an skill/ physical Test.
If a candidate wants to apply for more than one post, separate application for each post needs to be submitted.
The candidate will be called for Skill/ Physical test separately.
The original certificates/testimonials will be seen at the time of evaluation.

Candidate applying for Multipurpose workers shall compulsory attached detailed mark sheet of middle standard and in the event of non issuing of the same by the concerned Education Boar the detailed marks certificate from the principal of the school needs to be attached. Evaluation criteri and short listing (if necessary) is based upon marks obtained in the Middle standard and not of any other standard even if higher qualification is obtained.
