The applications on plain paper are hereby invited to fill up 01 posts of Junior Office Assistant (IT)(on Contract basis) against vacancy pertaining to quota of persons with disabilities. One Hearing Impaired (General Category).
All the eligible candidates may send their application on plain paper given their Bio-data along with photograph, so as reach in the office of the Superintending Engineer Jal Shakti Circle, Kasumpti, Shimla-9 latest by 15.02.2022 positively for non-tribal area & 22.02.2022 for tribal area respectively, so that they can be called to appear for the interview on the fixed dates to be intimated separately.
The contractual appointment will be for a period of one year & they will be paid wages of Rs.5910- 20200/- (Pay Band 5910-Grade Pay 1950-2925) 10785 per month fixed in H.P. They will be entitled for 12 casual leave in a calendar year.
However, the contract appointee will also entitled for 180 days maternity leave, 10 days medical leave and 5 days special leave, no other leave will be admissible other than Gazetted holidays & Sunday

Essential Qualification :
12th from a recognized Board of school Education University
OR
Matriculation from recognized Board of School Education with one two years
DIpioma/certricate irom an industrlal iralning institute (ITI) in Information Technology IT) and Information Technology Enabled Sectors (ITES) as notified by Director General of Employment and Training (Govt of India) from time to time or three years Diploma in Computer Engineering Computer Science IT from a Polytechnic as approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE):
Computer typing speed of 30 words per minute in English or 25 words per minute in Hindi
Desirable : Knowledge of customs, manners and dialects of Himachal Pradesh & suitability for appointment in the peculiar conditions prevailing in the Pradesh
Age :
Between 18 to 45 years. The upper age limit is relaxable for SC/ST/Other categories of persons to the extent permissible under the general or special orders of HP Govt. of Himachal Pradesh
