The Department of Horticulture, H.P. Navbahar, Shimla-2 invites applications on the prescribed proforma or an ordinary or plain paper for recruitment of 2 class-III posts of Horticulture Extension Officers reserved for person with disability (HH-Hearing Handicapped, PD-Partially Deaf).

Educational Qualifications :

The candidate should have passed four year’s B.Sc (Horticulture) Degree or equivalent from recognized University.

Note:- (i) The applicant should obtain the certificate of disability category from the Chief Medical Officer as per the definition of Persons with Disabilities Act 2016 and attach its photocopy.

Age Limit :

The age of candidates must be between 18 to 45 years as on 01.01.2024. the upper age limit is relaxable for Schedule Caste/Schedule Tribe/Other categories of candidates to the extent permissible under the General of Special orders of the Himachal Pradesh Government.

The candidate should be Bonafied resident of Himachal Pradesh. Applications received after due dates shall not be entertained. Candidates whose names are registered in the employment exchanges \ office or not can also send the application directly on the prescribed form.
