Educational Qualifications :

Personal Assistant /Judgment WriterGraduation from a recognized University with experience of Eight (8) years either as Stenographer, Judgment Writer, Junior Scale Stenographer or Steno Typist in any reputed organisation including any government
department /agency.

Candidates must be having speed of 110 W.P.M., in English Stenography and accurate transcription of the matter dictated within a period of 5 times to the time allotted for dictation and typing speed, in English, at 55 W.P.M., on
computers, wherefor a separate test shall be held.

Direct recruitment on the basis of competitive proficiency test as per Schedule–IV (Part-D) of the “R&P Rules, 2015.
Clerk/ Proof ReadersGraduation from a recognized University.

Screening Test, Written & Typing Test, and Interview as per R&P Rules, 2015.

The candidates shall have to qualify the Typing test at a speed of 30 WPM (in English) on computer, wherefor separate test shall be held, after qualifying the Screening Test.

Recruitment on the basis of competitive examination as per Schedule-IV (Part-K) of the R&P Rules, 2015 ibid.
DriverThe candidates must have passed Matriculation from a recognised board.

The candidates must possess a valid Driving Licence to drive the Light Motor Vehicles (LMV) or Medium or Heavy Vehicles with experience of at least three (3) years to drive the Light Motor Vehicles or Medium or Heavy Vehicles.

Screening Test, Proficiency (Driving) Test, and Interview as per R&P Rules, 2015.

Recruitment on the basis of competitive examination as per Schedule-IV (Part-O) of the R&P Rules, 2015.
MaliThe candidates must have passed the Matriculation from a recognized Board.

Three (3) years’ experience in gardening, etc.

The candidates will be shortlisted in the ratio 1:3 for DV as per Rules/criteria mentioned at Instruction No. 30 below.

DV as per Schedule-IV of the R&P Rules, 2015 ibid.

Final merit list shall be drawn on the basis of marks obtained in educational qualification & evaluation.

Age Limit :

Age of the candidate shall be reckoned as on 01.01.2025 as per the following criteria:

Examination Fee :

The examination fee for the candidates applying online against advertised vacancy is as follows:

Selection Criteria :

The candidates for the post of Mali (Class-IV) will be shortlisted in the ratio 1:3 [as per Part-2, Rule 6(19), of R&P Rules, 2015] for Evaluation/Document Verification, as per Schedule-IV, Part-T, R&P Rules, 2015, as follows:

1.Merit of minimum educational qualification, in terms of the R&P Rules, shall be calculated as under: {percentage of marks obtained in prescribed educational qualification to be calculated out of 85 MARKS. For example, a candidate getting 50% marks in Matric will be given 42.5 marks}

Evaluation :

Evaluation to be made in the following manner:

Belonging to notified Backward Are or Panchayat, as the case may be01 Mark
Land less family/ family having land less than 1 hectare to be certified by the
concerned Revenue authority.
02 Marks
Non-employment Certificate to the effect that none of the family members is
in Government/Semi –Government service
2.5 Marks
Differently abled persons with more that 40% impairment/disability/infirmity01 Mark
NSS (at least one year) /certificate holders in NCC/the Bharat Scout and
Guide/Medal winner in National level sports competitions.
01 Mark
BPL family having annual income (From all sources) below Rs. 40000/- or as
prescribed by the Govt. from time to time.

Single daughter/Orphan1.5 Mark
Experience up to a maximum of 5 years in Govt./Semi –Govt. Organization
relating to the post applied for (0.5 marks only for each completed year)
