Eligibility Criteria :
- Candidates must be permanent resident of India.
- Candidates should have a minimum qualification of 10+2 Class or its equivalent. The applicant will be eligible for appointment to the post of Forest Guard only if he has passed 10th class examination from any school or institute locate in Himachal Pradesh. This condition will not applicable to the bonafide of Himachal Pradesh.
- Name of Applicant must be registered with any Employment Exchange/ Sub-Employment Office in Himachal Pradesh. and must have a valid registration certificate before applying. The applicant whose registration period has expired before applying, his/her application form will be canceled and he/she will not be eligible for the post.
Age Limit :
Age of Candidate should be Between 18 to 30 years as on 1st January 2021. (There is relaxation of 5 years in the maximum age limit for SC /ST/ OBC.
