HP College of Horticulture And Forestry Thunag Mandi Internship Notification 2023
Applications are invited from motivated and eligible candidates for the Internship in the College of Horticulture and Forestry, Thunag, Mandi and in collaboration with the Department of Food Science and Technology, Dr YSP University of Horticulture and Forestry, Solan, (HP)
This position is advertised under the SSR scheme of DST-SERB for its funded project.
Essential Qualification:
Students of M.Sc/M.Tech/B.Tech/B.Sc (Food Science Technology, Food Technology, Post-Harvest Technology/ Food Science and Nutrition/Horticulture/Agriculture or the students in the final year of their PG from the same discipline are encouraged to apply.
Candidates having experience in the field of Value-addition of fruits and vegetables will be preferred.
Stipend:
Rs. 5000/- per month (consolidated).

Selection Criteria: Student’s selection is based on their academic profile and research proposal. Selected candidates will be intimated by email only regarding their selection.
Terms and Conditions:
Only the selected candidates will be intimated by email.
Preference shall be given to the candidate with a higher degree if the number of candidates exceeds more than one.
Selected students will be supported by a financial assistantship of Rs. 5000/- for one month only.
Financial support for other activities like travel, boarding and lodging will not be provided.
Student will have to make their own arrangements for stay during the internship.
