Eligibility Criteria :

Manager (Marketing) : Post Graduate with {MBA (Marketing) regular course.

Assistant Manager (Project) : Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Manager (Human Resource) : Post Graduate with {MBA (Human Resource) regular course}

Job Description :

Manager (Marketing) :

To generate and execute business.
To develop, implement, execute strategic marketing plans for an entire organisation.
Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis and optimize accordingly.

Assistant Manager (Project) :

To handle civil work for constructions
To assist in preparation of proposals, estimates, bills etc. related to construction work.
Valuation of Assets
Investigation of properties

Assistant Manager (Project) :

To have good knowledge of Provident Fund, Labour law, Recruitment policies etc.
To handle work related to HR Viz. Recruitments, Leave record, Policies related to manpower.
To prepare MIS report related to employees.
To possess good communication skills

Age Limit:

The maximum age limit for the above positions is 35 years, with provision of relaxation as per Government guidelines (relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates). The recruitment shall also be open to existing staff of HIMCON as also to those who have rendered their services to HIMCON on contract/ assignment basis for a cumulative period of 5 years or more. HIMCON shall give 5 years relaxation in upper age limit to such candidates, if they are otherwise eligible for the above posts.

Reservation: The reservations to various categories would be as per Government of India Guidelines.

Cut-off date: For assessing the eligibility criteria, the cut-off date would 31st January, 2022.

Application Fee:

The candidates would be required to submit Demand Draft of Rs. 500/- in favour of “Himachal Consultancy Organisation Limited” payable at Shimla, along with the application form.

Those candidates who already applied for above posts need not to forward their application again, but they should forward their experience certificate up to above cut-off date which will be reconsidered during shortlisting.

It may be noted that only shortlisted candidates will be called for written test and only those candidates who qualified in written test will be called for interviews.
