District Red Cross Society Kullu H.P. invited applications from desirous and eligible candidates on the prescribed format for the various temporary post in District Disability Rehabilitation Centre, Kullu.

Essential Qualifications :

Early Intervention Therapist	Post Graduate Diploma in Developmental Therapy /Post Graduate Diploma in Early Intervention/ Bachelor of Mental. Retardation/Bachelor of Rehabilitation Science /Bachelor Rehabilitation Therapy/Master of Rehabilitation Science /Master of Science-Early Intervention.
Multi-Purpose Rehabilitation Worker	Post Graduate Diploma in Community Based Rehabilitation/Diploma in Community Based Rehabilitation/Community Based Inclusive Development
Vocational Counselorcum-Computer Assistant	Diploma in Vocational Rehabilitation/Advanced Diploma in Child Guidance and Counseling/ Bachelor of Rehabilitation Science.
Attendant-cum-Peoncum-Messenger	10th Pass

Salary :

Early Intervention Therapist	17,400/-
Multi-Purpose Rehabilitation Worker	17,400/-
Vocational Counselorcum-Computer Assistant	17,400/-
Attendant-cum-Peoncum-Messenger	11,400/-

Age Limit:

18 to 45 years as on 01-03-2024. The upper age limit is relaxable by six years in case of candidate belonging to SCs, STs, OBCs, PwDs, Widows, Divorcee, Ex-Service man of Himachal Pradesh.

Application Fee:

Rs.200/-. The fee should be paid through of Demand Draft only in favor of Chairperson, District Red Cross Society, Kullu payable at Punjab National Bank, Dhalpur Branch Kullu. The fee is non-refundable.

How To Apply :

(1) The candidate applying for the post must ensure that he/she fulfill all eligibility conditions as prescribed above. Incomplete/ineligible application will be rejected straight way and no correspondence will be entertained.
(2) The candidate will be required to submit application on the prescribed format as per Annexure- “I” alongwith demand draft of Rs. 200/- and self-attested photo copies of educational qualification to the Secretary, District Red Cross Society, DC Office Complex, Kullu-175101 (Himachal Pradesh) on or before 26-03-2024.
(3) Applications received after the due date will not be entertained.

Selection Procedure:

(1) For the Post of Early intervention therapist & Multiple Rehabilitation Worker: -The eligible candidates will be required to appear in screening test carrying 25 marks having multiple choice questions from the related field followed by personal interview 20 marks & 5 marks will be given to candidates having experience in the related field (01marks for each completed year). In case, the number of applications of eligible candidates are received less than five for a post, only interview of 25 marks will be conducted.
(2) For the post of Vocational Counselor-cum-Computer Assistant: – The candidate for the post of vocational Counselor-cum- Computer Assistant will be required to qualify typing test of 30 WPM in English and 25 WPM in Hindi followed by personal interview of 25 marks.
(3) For the post of Attendant-cum-Peon-cum-Messenger: –
(i) The eligible candidates will be selected purely on the basis of merit list to be prepared as per criteria enclosed at Annexure-II. In support of the applicability of criteria, the candidate will be required to produce certificates with an application form duly issued by the competent authorities.
(ii) Merit list for the post will be drawn as per the above criteria and the candidate will be selected on the basis of merit.
