Educational Qualification :

Candidates should have passed 10+2 examination from recognized institution /Board.
Candidates having course in Computer Application from recognized institution (One Year Duration).

Other Rules :

The candidates should be of sound mind and good physical health.
The candidate should not have any criminal record.
The candidate should not have any outstanding dues payable to the state Govt. or the Gram Panchayat.
The candidate should not have been disqualified under any law for the time being in force from holding any office under the Govt.

Required Documents :

Class 10th certificate as proof of age.
Class 12th Mark Sheet.
Graduation Marks Sheet and Degree (if Applicable)
Computer course Certificate.
Experience certificate.
Category Certificate.
B.P.L Certificate.
Permanent Residence certificate (Development Block)
Himachali Bonafide Certificate.

Age Limit : 18 to 45 Years

Selection Criteria :

The Criteria for selection shall be a merit list calculated on following parameters :

A. Education Qualification	Marks
Percentage of Marks obtained in class 10+2 (%age divided by 2)	Subject to the maximum of 50 marks
Percentage of marks obtained in Commerce/ Maths/Economics for candidates having one of the subject in class 12 (%age divided by 20)	Subject to the maximum of 5 marks
Percentage of marks in Graduation (%age divided by 20)	Subject to the maximum of 5 marks
Having basic course of Computer Application ( Minimum 1 year duration)	Subject to the maximum of 12 marks
B. Experience : Two marks shall be awarded for every one year experience in relevant nature of duties in any Panchayati Raj Institution /RDD/Watershed Project/ Government undertaking Institution or experience of working as computer operator in any institution	Subject to the maximum of 10 marks
C. In case Applicant belongs to SC/ST/OBC Category	05 Marks
D. In case Applicant belongs to BPL Family	5 Marks
E. In case applicant is a resident of Seraj Block	05 Marks
F. In case Applicant is a handicapped (Not less than 40 %)	03 Marks

How to Apply :

Duly filled application form complete in all respects along with self attested photocopies of educational qualifications and other documents can be submitted through by post / by hand in the CEO (PS) /BDO Office Seraj at Janjehli District Mandi (H.P) before 5th November, 2022.
