HPPSC Shimla Lecturer (School-New) Chemistry Result & Document Verification Schedule -The Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission had advertised 29 posts i.e. {Unreserved = 15, Scheduled Caste of HP = 05, Scheduled Caste of HP (BPL) = 01, Scheduled Tribe of HP = 01, OBC of HP = 04 & Economically Weaker Section of H.P. = 03} vide advertisement No. 15/10-2023 dated 17-10-2023 of Lecturer (School New) Chemistry. The Screening Test and Subject Aptitude Test for the said posts were conducted on 21-07-2024. On the basis of the performance of the candidates in the Subject Aptitude Test, 66 candidates have been short listed for document verification.

HPPSC Shimla Lecturer (School-New) Chemistry Result & Document Verification Schedule

It is for information of all concerned candidates that the process of Document Verification will be undertaken by the HPPSC as per schedule given below. The shortlisted candidates are advised to attend the Document Verification alongwith all original documents on the fixed date at HPPSC Nigam Vihar Shimla-171002 at 10:00 AM. No further opportunity will be provided to the candidates to attend the Document Verification after the scheduled date and they will be treated as ABSENT and their candidature will be rejected. No request for any change in date allotted to candidates for Document Verification will be entertained. Essential Documents :

The candidates are directed to bring following documents in original on the day of document verification:

Educational qualification:-
i) Matriculation Certificate.
ii) 10 +2 Certificate

iii) Master Degree in Bio-Chemistry/Master Degree in Chemistry from a recognized University with minimum of 50% Marks in aggregate AND Bachelor of Education (B.ED) as professional qualification from recognized University / Institution with minimum 50% marks or Two years integrated M.Sc. Ed. Course from Recognized University.

Other Qualification

In case of Science subject i.e. Chemistry candidates must have obtained the degree of M.Sc. as regular candidates. However the candidates who have obtained the degree of M.Sc. through distance education prior to 6.4.2010 in the said subject are also eligible for the post of Lecturer (School New).

Himachali Bonafide Certificate.

Valid Category Certificate of SC, ST, OBC, WFF, BPL and EWS category along with Non SC/ST/OBC certificate wherever applicable. All these certificates should be valid on the closing date of Online Recruitment Application as well as on the day of document verification and should have been issued by the competent authority as notified by the Govt. from time to time.
