In continuation to this office advertisement No. 10476-80 dated 02.02.2024 (Classified) applications from desired Bonafide Himachali candidates on prescribed Performa were invited for filling up 20 No. posts of various categories ie.06 Nos. Para Pump Operators, 03 Nos. Para Fitters and 11 Nos Multipurpose workers and also as per clarification received from office of the Engineer-in- Chief JSV Shimla vide letter No. JSV-ES-III-D.W. Manpower-Vol.-VI/2022-416-495 dated 26.04.2024 regarding reservation of posts for Schedule Caste, Schedule Tribe, Other Backward Classes and E.W.S (Economically weaker section)categories, the applications are hereby once again invited for filling up the available posts under Jal Shakti Division Pragpur District Kangra H.P.

Candidates who have applied earlier against advertisement No. 10476-80 dated 02.02.2024 (Classified) need not to apply again, however they are requested to submit the required documents of SC/ST/OBC category and latest “Income and Assets Certificate” for EWS category if they wish to get the benefit of reservation under these categories. The candidates belonging to unreserved BPL category are not required to submit “Income and Assets certificate”. They shall be treated as eligible for EWS reservation on the basis of valid BPL certificate issued by the competent authority and countersigned by Block Development Officer and also supplemented by Non SC/ST/OBCcertificate issued by the competent Authority on the prescribed format.

Educational Qualification :

Para Pump Operator	The candidate should have a minimum qualification of Matriculation (10th) with ITI certificate in trade of electrician/wireman/diesel mechanic/pump mechanic/motor mechanic/pump operator cum mechanic from a recognized institute OR Matriculation (10th) with certificate in above cited trades under Skill Development Scheme of the Government. The candidates who belongs to Schedule caste, Schedule tribe, Other Backward Class, Economically Weaker Section and BPL category should submit their category certificate SC/ST/OBC and either EWS or valid BPL certificate supplemented by Non SC/ST/OBC certificate.
Para Fitter	The candidate should have a minimum qualification of Matriculation (10th) with ITI certificate in the trade of Fitter and Plumber from a recognized institute OR Matriculation (10th) with certificate in above cited trade under Skill Development Scheme of the Government. The candidates who belongs to Schedule caste, Schedule tribe, Other Backward Class, Economically Weaker Section and BPL category should submit their category certificate SC/ST/OBC and either EWS or valid BPL certificate supplemented by Non SC/ST/OBC certificate
Multipurpose Workers	The candidate should have a minimum qualification of Middle pass (8th) and its equivalent from School duly recognized by the State Government. The candidates who belongs to Schedule caste, Schedule tribe, Other Backward Class, Economically Weaker Section and BPL category should submit their category certificate SC/ST/OBC and either EWS or valid BPL certificate supplemented by Non SC/ST/OBC certificate.

Note: Candidate applying for post of Multipurpose worker shall compulsory to attachthe detail marks sheet of middle standard and in case of non-issuing of the same by the concerned Education Board, the Detailed Marks Certificate from the Principal of the school needs to be attached. Evaluation criteria and short listing (if necessary) is based upon marks obtained in the Middle standard and not of any other standard even if higher qualification is obtained.

Documents to be attached with application form:

Attested/Self attested copies of (i) Legitimate proof of age (ii) Proof of unreserved BPL Family i.e. BPL valid certificate issued not later than six monthssupplemented by Non SC/ST/OBC certificate. (i) Proof of Education and Technical qualification (iv) Certificate of Himachali Bonafide(v) Certificate of experience (if any) inthe related field of JSV/HPPWD/CPPWD/PSUs or the outsourcing agency providing service in HP issuedby the competent authority and countersigned by Assistant Engineer and also by the Executive Engineer (vi)Category certificate i.e. SC/ST/OBC and either EWS orvalid BPL certificate supplemented by Non SC/ST/OBC certificate issued by the competent authority.

Age Limit :

18 Years to 45 years .
