In continuation to this office advertisement No. 5486/2023-dated 04/02/2024 (Classified) applications form desirous Bona-fide Himachali candidates on prescribed Performa which were invited for filling up 73 Nos. posts of various categories Le 20 nos. of Para Pump Operator, 09 nos, of Para Fitter and 44 nos. of Multipurpose Workers. Since some posts were transferred to Jal Shakti Division Jaisinghpur on creation of New Division and also as per clarification received from the O/o the Engineer-In-Chief vide letter No. JSV-ES-III-D.W. Manpower- Vol.-VI/2022-416-495 dated 26.04.2024 w.r.t reservation of posts for Schedule Caste & Schedule Tribe categories and E.W.S categories, the applications are once again invited for filling up the available posts under Jal Shakti Division Palampur.

Candidates who have applied against earlier advertisement No. 5486/2023-dated 04/02/2024 (Classified) need not apply again however they are required to submit the required documents of SC/ST category and latest EWS category certificate if they wish to get the benefit of reservation under SC/ST/EWS category.

Candidates belonging the area under the Jurisdiction of newly created J.S.V Division Jaisinghpur should submit the required documents at Jal Shakti Vibhag Division Jaisinghpur as all the previous record has been transferred to the Jal Shakti Vibhag Division Jaisingpur.

Educational Qualifications :

Para Pump Operator	The candidate should have a minimum qualification of matriculation (10th) with ITI certificate in the trade of Electrician/Wireman/ Diesel Mechanic/ Pump Mechanic/ Motor Mechanic/Pump Operator cum Mechanic/Mechanic (Motor Vehicle) Pump Operation-cum-Mechanic/Pump Operation and Maintenance from a recognized ITI or matriculation (10th) with certificate in above cited trades under Skill Development scheme of the Government/Income certificate and the candidates who belongs to schedule caste and Schedule tribe category submit their category certificate (SC/ST)
Para Fitter	The candidate should have a minimum qualification of matriculation (10th) with ITI certificate in the trade of Fitter/Plumber from a recognized ITI or matriculation (10th) with certificate in above cited trades under Skill Development scheme of the Government/Income certificate and the candidates who belongs to schedule caste and Schedule tribe category submit their category certificate (SC/ST)
Multi Purpose Worker	The candidate should have a minimum qualification of middle pass (8th) and its equivalent from school duly recognized by the State Government and the candidates who belongs to schedule caste/Income certificate and the candidates who belongs to schedule caste and Schedule tribe category submit their category certificate (SC/ST)

Note:- Candidate applying for Multipurpose workers shall compulsory attached detailed marks sheet of middle standard and in the event of non issuing of the same by the concerned Education Board the detailed marks certificate from the principal of the school needs to be attached. Evaluation criteria and short listing (if necessary) is based upon marks obtained in the Middle standard and not of any other standard even if higher qualification is obtained.

Age Limit:

18 to 45 Years as on 15.07.2024.

The number of posts may increase or decrease depending upon Vacancy position as per the requirement of Jal Shakti Vibhag. The selected candidates can be posted at anywhere under the jurisdiction of this Division.

Documents to be attached with application forms:

Attested/ self attested copies of (i) Legitimate proof of age (ii) Proof of BPL Family in case of BPL candidate issued not later than six months ((iii) Proof of Education and Technical qualification (iv) Certificate of Bonofide of Himachal (v) Certificate and experience (if any) of the related field of JSV/ HPPWD/CPWD/PSUs issued by the competent authority OR Outsourcing agency providing services in HP Jal Shakti Vibhag (vi) category certificate (SC/ST) (vii) EWS category certificated issued by the competent authority not older than six months.

General Instructions:-

It shall be the responsibility of the candidates to submit all requisite documents mentioned above as short listing/eligibility shall be done in case the application received are much more than that the numbers of post.
The merit list will be prepared based upon the documents submitted and the shortlisted candidates will have to undergo skill/physical Test. Candidates equal to 5 times the total No. of posts against each category will be shortlisted.
If a candidate wants to apply for more than one post, separate application for each post needs to be submitted.
The candidates will be called for Skill Physical test separately.
The original certificates/testimonials will be seen at the time of evaluation.
