Applications from desirous Bona-fide Himachali candidates on prescribed proforma are hereby invited for filling up 73 Nos. posts of various categories i.e 20 nos. of Para Pump Operator, 09 nos. of Para Fitter and 44 nos. of Multipurpose Workers against posts made available to Jal Shakti Division Palampur vide Engineer-in-Chief, Jal Shakti Vibhag, Jal Shakti Bhawan Shimla-5 office letter No. JSV-ES-III-D.W.Manpower-Vol. VII/2023-6320-21 dated 31.01.2024 & further conveyed by the Superintending Engineer Jal Shakti Circle Dharamshala vide endst. No. SE/JSV-CD/ES/EA-II/Para Workers-Vol-III/2024-13450-51 dated 01.02.2024. The applications should reach in this office on or before 20-02-2024 before 05:00 P.M. positively. The applications received after due date or found incomplete will be rejected straightway without assigning any reason. The Department will not be responsible for delay in receipt of applications due to any reason whatsoever.

Educational Qualifications :

Para Pump Operator	The candidate should have a minimum qualification of matriculation (10th) with certificate in trade of Electrician/ Wireman/Diesel Mechanic/Pump Mechanic/Motor Mechanic/ Pump Operator cum Mechanic from a recognized ITI OR Matriculation (10th) with certificate in above cited trades under Skill Development Scheme of the Government
Para Fitter	The candidate should have a minimum qualification of matriculation (10th) with ITI certificate in trade of Fitter/Plumber from a recognized ITI /institute OR Matriculation (10th) with certificate in above cited trade under Skill Development scheme of the Government
Multipurpose Workers	The candidate should have a minimum qualification of Middie (8th) pass and its equivalent from school duly recognized by the State Government

Essential Documents :

Attested/self attested copies of (i) Legitimate proof of age (ii) Proof of BPL Family in case of BPL candidate issued not later than six months ((iii) Proof of Education and Technical qualification (iv) Certificate of Bonafide of Himachal (v) Certificate and experience (if any) of the related field of JSV/ HPPWD/CPWD/ PSUs issued by the competent authority OR Outsourcing agency providing services in HP Jal Shakti Vibhag duly countersigned by Executive Engineer concerned. Age Limit :

18 to 45 years as on 31.01.2024.

General Instructions:-

It shall be the responsibility of the candidates to submit all requisite documents mentioned above as short listing /eligibility shall be done in case the application received are much more than that the numbers of post.
The short listing/ eligibility will be based upon the documents submitted and the shortlisted candidates will have to undergo an skill/ physical Test
If a candidate wants to apply for more than one post, separate application for each post needs to be submitted.
The candidate will be called for Skill/ Physical test separately.
The original certificates/testimonials will be seen at the time of evaluation.

Note:- Candidate applying for Multipurpose workers shall compulsory attached detailed marks sheet of middle standard and in the event of non issuing of the same by the concerned Education Board the detailed marks certificate from the principal of the school needs to be attached. Evaluation criteria and short listing (if necessary) is based upon marks obtained in the Middle standard and not of any other standard even if higher qualification is obtained.
