In continuation of this office advertisement No.EE-JSV-KSG-Recruitment- 2024-16008-15 dated 27.01.2024 under which the applications from desirous candidates on the prescribed proforma were invited for engagement of Para Pump Operator 7 Nos.. Para Fitter 3 Nos., and Multipurpose Workers 10 Nos. on honorarium basis (six hours per day) in Jal Shakti Division Karsog and on receipt of instructions regarding reservation roster vide Engineer-in-Chief, Jal Shakti Vibhag Shimla office letter No.JSV-ES-III-D.W.- Manpower-Vol-VI-2022-416-495 dated 26.04.2024 the applications are again invited on prescribed proforma for filling up these posts. The applications should reach in the office of undersigned on or before 31.07.2024.

“The Candidates who have applied earlier against advertisement No.EE-JSV-KSG-Recruitment- 2024-16008-15 dated 27.01.2024 need not to apply again, however they are required to submit the documents/certificate of relevant categories i.c. SC/ST/OBC/EWS etc. if not submitted earlier”.

“The candidates applying afresh should submit the application in the prescribed proforma attached.”

The applications received after due date or found incomplete will be rejected straightway without assigning any reason. The department will not be responsible for delay in receipt of applications due to any reason whatsoever

Educational Qualifications :

Para Fitter :-

The candidate should have a minimum qualification of Matriculation (10th) with ITI Certificate in the trade of Fitter/Plumber from a recognized ITI/Institute Or

Matriculation (10th) with certificate in above cited trade under Skill Development Scheme of the Government.

Para Pump Operator:-

The candidate should have a minimum qualification of Matriculation (10th) with ITI Certificate in the trade of Electrician/Wireman/Diesel Mechanic/Pump Mechanic/ Mechanic (Motor Vehicle)/Pump operation-cum- Mechanic/Pump Operation & Maintenance from a recognized ITI OR

Matriculation (10th) with certificate in above cited trade under Skill Development Scheme of the Government

Multi purpose Workers:

The candidate should have a minimum qualification of Middle pass or above from School duly recognized by the State Government

Age Limit :-

The age limit of candidates for all above categories should be between 18 to 45 years on day of advertising these posts.

Essential Documents :

For Para Pump Operator/Para Fitter:-

(1) Matriculation(10th) Certificate (2) ITI Certificate/ Certificate under Skill Development Scheme (3) Bonafide Himachali Certificate (4) BPL Certificate (5) Experience Certificate (6) Category Certificate (SC/ST/OBC) (7) EWS Certificate.

For Multipurpose Worker:-

(1) Middle (8th) Certificate showing detail of marks obtained (2) Bonafide Himachali Certificate (3) BPL Certificate (4) Experience Certificate (5) Category Certificate (SC/ST/OBC) (6) EWS Certificate (7) Proof of age certificate.

General Instructions:-

Incomplete/unsigned application forms and applications received after due date shall be rejected summarily without assigning any reason.
The original certificates/testimonials will be seen at the time of physical test/skill test.
The Experience of the related field of IPH HPPWD CPWD PSUs Or Outsourcing agency providing service in HP Jal Shakti Vibhag. A Certificate issued by EE (JSV) is required. Related field for Pump Operator is Operation and maintenance of Pumping Machinery allied electrical installations of Rural Water Supply Scheme Irrigation Schemes. Related field for Fitter is maintaining the in village piped water supply infrastructure or distribution system of Rural Water Supply/Irrigation Schemes only will be considered.
The applicants/candidates who have passed middle standard examination in grading system are compulsorily required to submit the certificate of detailed mark sheet or percentage of marks obtained from the concerned school for the post of Multipurpose Worker. Grading certificates will not be considered or entertained.
The candidates should submit all the relevant documents as the shortlisting for further skill test/physical test will be done on the basis of merit based on documents submitted by them.
